General Questions
What are your items made of?
Our bamboo pieces are made from a buttery-soft blend of 95% bamboo viscose and 5% spandex—gentle on sensitive skin, stretchy, and oh-so breathable.
I am unsure what size to choose?
Our bamboo items generally run true to size, but the fabric is naturally very stretchy, which may give a slightly roomier feel. When in doubt, reach out for help!
Are your items certified?
Yes! All of our bamboo items are OEKO-TEX® certified and CPSC compliant, ensuring they’re safe, non-toxic, and free from harmful chemicals.
Are these items made in the USA?
To ensure the highest quality at an accessible price, our bamboo items are ethically made in China.
Returns/Exchanges
Can I return an Item?
We accept returns on items in original condition with tags attached. Once we receive and inspect the return, a refund will be issued. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Can I cancel or exchange my order?
Yes—as long as your order hasn't shipped, you're welcome to request a cancellation or exchange. Just contact us at Castles and Coasters and we’ll be happy to help!
